Artie Paul Blouin

Artie Paul Blouin passed away on November 6, 2024.

Born in New York City on September 12,1950,  Artie was a teacher and coach for Volleyball, Softball and Basketball in New York and Florida. He was a well liked official and enjoyed many years of participation.

Artie was also a technical and recreational diver.  He explored the Andrea Doria as well as many other sites. He loved the ocean and he loved his life!

He was a very kind and caring man and was always willing to help.  

He was a wonderful husband and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
