David A Blake passed away at his home on March 25,2022. David was 54 years old and was preceded in death by his mother, Diane Blough and his beautiful daughter, Amanda Blake. David is survived by his father, Al Blake (Patti), sons David A Blake, Jr (Miranda) and Dylan Blake. David is also survived by 8 brothers and sisters, many nieces and nephews, several Aunts, Uncles, cousins and a granddaughter.
There will be two services held at a later date - one in Mauldin,SC and the other in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to any Truist bank under Kathleen Wilson / Miranda Blake for funeral expenses and other expenses the family was not prepared for.
