J.B. Howell was born on February 3, 1954 to the late Julia Eluett and Robert Howell in Cadwell, Georgia. He was preceded in death by his Parents, his Grandmother: Cora Brankley (a.k.a. Lil Ma), and Sister: Judy Howell Sanders.
The family relocated to Fort Lauderdale, Florida when J.B. was a toddler. At an early age, he gave his life to Jesus Christ.
