Jakob Kleymeer, age 27, of Sunrise, FL lost his battle with mental illness and addiction and passed away May 13, 2023.
He was a caring son, brother and uncle and will be missed by many.
Jake was a hard worker, a loyal friend and a talented chef. He enjoyed skateboarding, spending time in nature , listening to music and creating new recipes.
