We are sad to announce the passing of our brother Joseph, who passed away 1 day shy of his 61st birthday.
Joseph loved to travel the world, living in Montreal where he was born, Victoria, Calgary, California and finally south Florida for the last 3 decades, loving the Florida sunshine.
Joseph loved racket sports almost as much as he loved Seinfeld. Joseph taught tennis in Florida, until he found his passion for trading in the markets and finally in real estate. Joseph took many courses (even nautical knot tying for some reason) but was mostly self-taught and generously shared his knowledge with others. Joseph had many friends and colleagues who shared his passions and his sudden passing leaves us missing his kind, cheerful, outgoing and helpful disposition. He was full of life.
Joseph was predeceased by his parents, Georges Assaf and Georgette Zeidan and his stepbrother Alberto. Joseph leaves behind his brothers Tom (Annette), Daniel (Kathleen) and his niece Gabrielle, half-sisters Gladys, Margie (Greg), his stepmother Lina and stepbrothers Ramzi (May) and David,
You were very loved Joseph. Until we see you again…
