Sister Marie-Rosalia; a loving and God-fearing woman, affectionately known as “Mant Neolie,” was born on May 10, 1939 in Port-de-Paix, Haiti to the late Victor LouisJean and Ismenie Noel. She completed general studies in Port-de-Paix. Marie worked as a Pharmacy Aide with her Godfather in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. In November 1971, she entered the United States and lived in New York City as a housekeeper and home health aide for the elderly. In 1976, she birthed her only child; Sis. Martine LouisJean.
After enduring many years of cold brutal weather, she made the bold move to Miami, Florida in 1989 with her daughter Sis. Martine. She worked for many years as a Child Care Worker in her home. She helped raise many children and made countless long-lasting friends. She was a faithful member of Saint Mary Cathedral in Miami, FL. She later moved to Hillsborough County with her daughter and son-in-law, Pastor Willie Richardson. She later joined Macedonia M.B. Church of Thonotosassa, Florida where she was a faithful member and was involved in the outreach mission. She also loved to watch Tabernacle of Glory Radio Shekinah.
