Mary Walkes

Mary Walkes known to others as “Ma Mary”, was born on December 17,1964 in Oceanside, Long Island New York. To the proud parents of Antonia Monfilletto and Harald Massoni.

As a young girl Mary attended School Five Elementary School, Merle Avenue Junior High and Oceanside High School where she graduated and later became a school transportation driver.

On Saturday April 8, 2023, Mary transitioned from this life. She was proceeded in death in death by her mother Antonia, father Harold and her late fiancé Marcello Sr.

The precious memories of her unconditional love will forever be cherished by her loving children,: Amanda Walkes, Nora Walkes, Anthony Walkes, Nikitras Walkes, Joel Walkes, Jr., Sentivity Walkes, Deeonna Walkes, Jamarkquiz Walkes, Marcello Thomas Jr. Her extended children: Aishia Lane, Ronald Cadet, James Barnwell, Ferron Newton, George Elvecius, Sr. Her Grandchildren: George Elvecius Jr, Ja’ziyah Elvecius, Aiden Wiggins, Jewel Duncan, Anthony Walkes Jr, Arianna Walkes, Shaun Greene Jr, Ga’liya Toussaint, Ga’loni Toussaint, Gia Toussaint, Lakina Mccray, Jadah Walkes, Janai Walkes, Ja’Vaya Walkes, Skylar Battle, Royal Walkes, Niesha Goss, Aniya Lane, Sammie Holston Jr, Amaryah Lane. Her  brother: Anthony Massoni, sister: Ann Marie Irrazarry. Her best friends: Darlene Washington, Renee Walker, and Norris Smith. And a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, friends and extended family.
