Stacy Green Creed

On March 8, 1973 at Broward General Medical Center, a beautiful baby girl was born to the proud parents of Robert Louis and Hattie Burton Green. Stacy grew up in Black’s Memorial Temple COGIC under the leadership of Pastor Samuel Lee Sneed, Sr. where she participated in the Sunshine Band and Purity Class. She attended Broward County Schools: Markham, Pompano Middle, and Ely High School.

Stacy later attended and received her High School diploma at Cornerstone Christian Correspondence School. In 2020, Stacy completed successful studies to intern with H&R Block for tax preparation. Stacy was creative and had a passion for cooking. She had many talents and an infectious laugh.

Stacy was married to Robert Creed on April 28, 2018. She received Christ on Monday, October 22, 2018. Early Sunday morning on May 23, 2021, Stacy transitioned from this life.

Green of Pompano Beach, Fl; Four Brothers: Robert L. (Sarah) Green of Sunrise, Fl, Jerome Lovett, Jr. of Coconut Creek, Fl, and Taverus Green of Kileen, Tx, and Dexter Green of Ft. Lauderdale, Fl; Four Sisters: Cheryl Green of Ft. Myers, Fl, Lillian Green of Conyers, Ga, Nefretiri Wanzo of San Diego, Ca, and Whitney Green of Killeen, Tx; Mother-in-law: Mary West of Dothan, Al; Two Godmothers: Joyce Wimberly and Irene Brownlee. Two Special Aunts: Ida McMillon and Gloria Burton, along with a host of sorrowing nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
